Today, when I was just going through my Google+ stream I saw a post shared by +Vic Gundotra. It really gained my attention as it was, in some way, helping the disabled. I read on and found that one of the RIM engineer, +Mohamed Mansour built an extension that would help the blind to easily use the Google+ Hangout feature of Google+.
The extension is named “Accessible Hangouts for Google+”. This extension works on text to speech basis. It will read out the names and messages being typed in the chat box while hanging out and also read out the names of people entering and exiting the hangout session.
